What will you do with your sin?
The world is filled with hatred, anger, violence, and greed. Where is justice? Where is peace? But wait, let’s take a look into the deep, dark recesses of our OWN hearts. What do we do about our OWN sin? There are only two choices: handle it ourselves (how’s that going?) or agree with God that we need help.
“For he hath made him to be sin for us who knew no sin that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.”
2 Corinthians 5:12
Agree with God.
You can’t fix your sin problem. God provided forgiveness through Jesus, but you must receive His sacrifice. If you BELIEVE Jesus died and rose again for you, CONFESS it. The prophet Isaiah and the apostle Paul both said, “The word is nigh thee…even in thy mouth.” In faith, pray, “God, I am a sinner. I believe in Your plan to save me. I believe Your Son Jesus died and rose again for my sin. I receive His gift of love today.”
