What do we currently have, and what are we seeking?
We have secured financing for the building acquisition, which includes a loan, saved cash, and generous gifts. Phase 2 seeks ~$100K for due diligence. Phase 3 seeks ~$750K for renovation. Phase 4 seeks ~$100K for facility prep. Phase 5 seeks ~$50K for our grand opening. See above for more details.
What is the donation deadline?
We are currently in our a 25-day study period which ends December 5th. This is followed by a 21-day closing period. Gifts or committments should be made prior to our closing on December 26th.
Where is the property located?
228 7th Street SE, Washington, DC—7 blocks from the U.S. Capitol and 2 blocks from where GraceWay Baptist Church has rented a facility to meet for over 10 years.
